Abstract

Marianne Rölli Siebenhaar is a childhood educator (M.A.) and research assistant at the Department of Early Childhood Education at the Faculty of Education at Leipzig University.

The current focus of her work is the research project ‘Recording and assessing the well-being and psychological risks of children under the age of three in day-care centres’, which is funded by the German Social Accident Insurance DGUV.

Other areas of work and research focus on child day care and family resemblance, participation and child protection, qualitative research methods in childhood education, in particular day care centre ethnography.
