General Information on Study Participation
Dear parents, dear interested ones,
thank you for your interest in our research! Since 2015, our research group, Educational Psychology with a focus on teaching, learning and development, under the direction of Prof. Henrik Saalbach, has been investigating the linguistic, cognitive, action-regulatory and social-emotional competencies of children and their influence on learning processes in infancy, kindergarten and school age.
We conduct a large part of our studies in our research premises at Marschnerstraße 31 (house 3, 2nd floor) and in the premises of the Leipzig Research Center for Early Childhood Development at Jahnallee 59 (house 2, first floor). All these facilities are located on the Educational Science Campus of the University of Leipzig at the Sportforum (opposite the Red Bull Arena).
Furthermore, we also conduct studies in cooperating daycare and after-school facilities.
If you are interested in participating in one of our studies, please contact our research coordinator Katja Kirsche.
We sincerely thank you for your support of our research work, for visiting our premises or for agreeing to conduct studies in the respective care facilities of your child!
